The Road Team Concept

Masters age 45+ still like to dice it up out on the tarmac and here's your opportunity to have some fun. Are you turning 45 or more this year? If so, your racing age is already 45.  Are you able to understand where everyone's strengths & weaknesses are? Are you willing to work together with your team mates using this understanding? Read on!

Just meet the following:

• Have an established career and be able to afford to give back to your non-profit bike club. Joining the club and paying your dues is a great start!
• Realize by now that you are not going to make a living racing your bike and just want to do it for fun!
• Have the experience, maturity and patience to understand and demonstrate the team concept we are looking for.
• Be a positive role model for  young riders.
• Oh, plenty of experience racing on the road and in a pack is good too! Sprinters or climbers welcome.
